Attachments now hidden for anonymous users

I have changed the settings for this site so that attachments are only visible when you are logged in. This allows me and other users to attach pdfs of papers to biblio records without infringing on copyright laws. Attachments can still be made available to anonymous users by linking to them in the text of a node or in the URL field of biblio.
